Ping issues

So Ive been playing Fortnite (trash game I know) but at the same time at night my packet loss goes from 5% to 25% I have Cox with 300 Mbps down 30 Mbps up. It's really frustrating with all of this stuttering in Packet loss. My ping stays at around 40 but the packet loss is killing me... All of this starts at 9PM every time...
