Bios update/CPU

Hey so, i recently bought a PC (No i don't build them, yes i am a beta, but i genuinely don't care about building my own) And i recently did a Bios update to version 2406  (My mobo is a B450-F Gaming, by ASUS).

I am wanting to upgrade my processor (R5 2600x) to a Ryzen 7 3700X.

My question is, do i have the correct Bios version to just install the CPU? I generally hate going into bios. I am really not confident with it.

Thanks for the help!

2406 was released 2 days before the Ryzen 3000 launch, so its likely to work, but not 100%.. there is 1 newer BIOS released since.
