Your temps are fine.  Tho it's odd that it rises 1-2 degrees only when under load. May want to remeasure that.

2500MHz RAM?  Did you mean 2400MHz?

Crank that 8700K up to high 4's or even 5GHz.  Your VRMs are fine and can handle it.

Yes I believe that to be your VRM's (VR). Those temps should still be fine. I used to have a B350M (AM4) board and the system wouldn't crash until my VRM's were hitting 77C.

The frame drops wouldn't have anything to do with your VRM temps. It can be caused by a number of different things. I would monitor your cpu and gpu utilization percentage. I used to have a Ryzen 7 1700 and while playing PUBG the chip would randomly downclock itself while under heavy load, causing a significant drop in frames.

Does the drop in frames happen to a number of different applications or only one?

I havent really tested with aida64 i did it once for like 10 secs and my temps were almost at 80 c and i stoped it imediatly cause i was kinda scared i mostly use cinebench and my temps reach 70 c at 4.5 ghz , i will try to do it again with aida64 and comeback and tell you guys the results , and even when im browsing those temps keep going up and down from 64 c up to 67 , i dont know what else might be causing the drops but i feel like with this setup i should have good performance in games  but it just doesnt

Thats the weird thing my cpu and gpu utilization never go above 50 mostly 36 cpu and max 40 gpu , cpu and gpu temps are also fine cpu never goes above 60c  it stays mostly at 47-55 c and gpu never goes above 46c that was the only thing i could see going up and down every 2 or 3 secs :/

68 shouldn't be a problem, how much is it under aida64 after a while?

and I'm more worried about your psu choice here...

Do you think i should upgrade it  ?

I will try that but its gonna be tricky because my gpu sit right above the vrm heatsink maybe thats causing the temps to go up and down ?

77c on VRM causes crashing?  That just sucks.
