I've put together several computers in the past without any big issues, but it's been many years and this one is giving me issues.

On initial setup everything went perfect, and I had zeros issues.  A couple days later when playing a game, the game crashed, I tried to restart it and it crashed on startup.  About a minute later the computer shut off by it self and went into a blue screen boot loop with a different error almost each time.

I tried to reinstall windows off of a factory Microsoft USB installer and if I boot to the USB stick, and press install when it gives you the option between 64 and 32 bit it goes into another blue screen loop.  I can press 'F8' on that screen and go into safe mode, and run the installer there.  It will install all the way until it needs to restart, once it restarts it goes into it's blue screen boot loop again.

I took the motherboard and memory back to best buy and replaced it and I still have the exact same problem.  I've tried several different hard drives, having only the CPU cooler plugged into the motherboard and nothing else.  Using on board graphics instead of the video cards and I can't seem to get anywhere. The BIOS is up to date with default settings, I also tried disabling secure boot and tried legacy settings. With a new motherboard, memory, and nothing plugged into the motherboard and it still loops after bios, could that be a bad processor?
