Every time it try to launch a game on steam, I get a flickering black screen and then a BSOD saying “SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED” and what failed was nvlddmkm.sys and I I’m not sure what to do or what’s wrong. (I’m kind of new to this)

That file that is pointed out, is the Nvidia graphics driver. Did you recently update it, or?

What's the make/model of the computer, of the components in it if it's a custom build?

How did you install your last set of drivers?

These are just some starter questions.

I updated the driver yesterday but it was happening before that too.

It has:

Intel Core i5-8600k

GTX 1050 ti

8gb of RAM

Gigabyte z370 d3

1tb hard drive

128gb SSD

500watt PSU

And I don’t really understand the last question

Did you install the driver through GeForce Experience, or directly from Nvidia's site?
