Remote Desktop Connection Problem

Hello, can you please help me. I am having problems regarding my RDP. The options at Performance section is missing "Detect Connection Quality Automatically"

Where or how can I download that?

that's weird, here on windows 10 it shows up. I don't know if that would help but try to upgrade your network card driver
