I deleted my minecraft server. help.

Ok so I have a minecraft server and its on my desktop, and I recently updated it and instead of making a new folder I just deleted all the files in that folder. So I was in my recycle bin recently and some how some way I replaced the files in my current server with my the ones in my old server (with the restore feature). I've already tried using the previous versions thing but there is none available. Is there any way possible to fix.

 

 

And i don't have a close enough system restore point either. oops :(
