PS4 Controller PROBLEM

I'veconnected my PS4 controller to my PC and it won't show up on DS4Windows. It is read as an audio device. I am using a Windows 10 machine. Can someone please help me?

PS. I am using a micro usb cable

PSS. I have tried different micro USB cables and different USB port on my computer.

**I've got more screenshots. I saw online that you needed to enable the "HID-Compliant game controller" driver for the controller, but I can't do it because it isn't showing.**

Go to device manager and uninstall the driver through that when it is plugged in, then re-install the ds4windows driver
