macOS Mojave not booting

hello all 

 

i am following this guide on how to make a boot able Mojave USB disk with clover tho its not working

i just get stuck in a continues boot loop. i have set the default boot device to the USB with clover and it loops after i hit the clover boot manager(see below) then it loops an loops and loops 

 

specs laptop

i5-7200u 

1x240gb ssd(windows10)

1x160gb hdd(for macos)

8gb ram

Can I go from high Sierra  and then upgrade to Mojave’s after will this work if I can’t fix the above problem
