Are these two rams compatible?

So I have 8gb of DDR3 1600MHz CL10 by Apacer and I want to get another 8gb of it. I can't find the exact same one, I found one which is same on everything but it's CL11. Can I use both of them without problems?

Also one more thing. As I said my ram should be cl10 as it says on it but on AIDA64's memory benchmark this is what I get (Maybe it's a dumb mistake I'm making?)

It is possible you can stick it in but it would have to be CL11 and the rest of your timings.  You will have to set RAM to 11CL manually along with other timing settings.

It already shows 11-11-11-28 in benchmarks is that what It should be?

Yes it both will have to be 11CL,  since one stick is 11CL you lose your 10CL basically.  But there isn't really any true difference that you would notice and what not.
