What do you mean you "can't install windows to your SSD"? Try Linux. If that doesn't work either, you're either installing it wrong or the SSD is dying (which I doubt since the machine is fairly new).

Quote me to see my reply!

you dont have the recovery disc or recovery flashdrive that came with the laptop? not sure if this affects anything but is your hdd encrypted? i know some windows updates fail when hdds are encrypted, not sure about reinstalling. why not format all the 3 partitions except the recovery one? i think windows will recreate the 3 partitions. maybe thats whats blocking the installation. since those already exist, it cant recreate them again

If you install Windows 10 directly to your primary drive, as I can see your SSD, please delete every partition and reinstall Windows 10 regularly.

After that is completed, input your activation ID (usually located underneath of a LapTop), as demonstrated:

  1. Press "WIN + R".
  2. Type "slui 3"
  3. Register your product with the ID provided when you first purchased your product and Windows will create recovery partitions and install drivers.

If you are unable to get your computer up and running, either...

      a) Complete an activation troubleshooter window [Settings>Update & Security>Troubleshooting].

      b) Contact your OEM or Microsoft Support hotline to get your model updated with your upgraded hardware (if anything has been upgraded).
