5700 XT does not support alpha blending (Error)

Hey guys, just built a new PC. The parts are as follows:

Ryzen 3600

Radeon 5700 XT

Asrock Steel Legend B450M

Anyways, I'm trying to run some games, but I'm having quite a hard time doing so. IN particular, I'm trying to run rocket league. The specific error I'm getting is this:

"Your video card does not support alpha blending with floating point render targets (D3DFMT_A16B16G16R16F), which is require to run this game. Exiting..."

Here's what I've done:

Updated windows

Updated or checked for most up to date drivers (directx and radeon)

Disabled and re-enabled the GPU in device manager

Now, disabling the GPU was pretty interesting. I was actually able to open the game and get to the menu, but of course, it was slow. The GPU fan also went bonkers as soon as I disabled it in device manager.

I'm pretty stumped, as everyone with the same problem says to install and update drivers.. but I already did that lol.

Can this get moved to troubleshooting please? Been a long day already and put it in Graphics Cards on accident..

*Edit number 2:

I also noticed that when I open dxdiag, I get another error message. I get this: "DxDiag has detected that there might have been a problem accessing Direct3D the last time this program was used. Would you like to bypass Direct3D this time? "

If I click no, the program crashes. I hit yes, and nothing happens.
