They were bought out by Toshiba, not they were demolished by Toshiba

the company wasn't wiped off the face of the Earth. Toshiba will continue support of legacy OCZ products for a little while after acquisition

I send them an othe message, this situation causes high temperature for my GPU that is in the bottom pcie sloth of my mobo :P hope to have i response soon haha

There are 6-pin to 8-pin PCI-E power adapters available, I'm currently using one on my PCP&C Silencer MkII 500W with an HD6970 that needs two 8-pin PCI-E power connections. Why don't you install your GPU in a higher slot on your motherboard? It's probably getting hot because it's not getting enough access for proper airflow.

I had a problem with the top slot, i had no image on my display, after changing slot i realized my input was not right on my monitor -_-

since i am lazy i kept it their and the temps top a 80C pretty quickly now when gaming. i am waiting for my nh-u14s, if it don't interfere with the top slot as it does on some motherboard i will change it than. The Antec DF-35 is really bad and it is a pain to move  anything in it due to the poor cable management.

Wouldn't using  a 6 to 8 pin adapter put stress on the cable? doesn't it get hot after awhile(the cable)?

That case really doesn't have any cable management whatsoever. Might want to consider investing in a new case... Something like a Corsair 200R or Cooler Master HAF 912.

I doubt the CPU cooler would cause any clearance issues with a video card mounted in the top slot. If anything, it may cause issues with RAM clearance.

I've used this adapter for over a year without issue. It doesn't get hot whatsoever. Perhaps you're just feeling the heat from the video card.

I was just asking because i have heard that it can cause fire if to much current pass in cable that is not rated for it, but if it's fine than ok :P

And yes my case is the next i will change in my rig. I was even unlucky enough to have a factory defect in it. i don't have any space between my motherboard and the top fan (their is supposed to hace a good half-inch from the picture i have seen) so everything is really tigh in it!

''OCZ has recently been purchased by Toshiba.  During this transition, certain department activities have been temporarily suspended.  We are currently transitioning the power supply department and unfortunately, we cannot process PSU RMA or cable requests at this time.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  Normal RMA procedure should resume soon.  We appreciate your patience in this matter'' I received this email from OCZ

Yep, going to buy the adapter!
