3D Vision doesn't work

So I have a non-brand laptop thats equiped with a GT 640m and an i5 3230m. All output display ports are connected to the Intel gpu and therefore im having trouble with 3d vision. Even when connecting a 3d tv as a primary display, reinstalling drivers I cannot get the stereoscopic 3d option on Nvidias control panel to show up.
