Slow puter

My computer is running slower than normal and I dont know where to even start. All my programs are running super slow and not responding half the time. I have a 5th gen i7 processor, a GTX 980 Ti, 32GB of RAM and my OS drive is an SSD. Also, the computer did start running slower after I installed 16GB more of RAM.
