Help!!!!!

Hey all, recently bought a nzxt kraken x62, I need the bracket with the four screw holes but keep getting sent the bracket with the hook screw. This is a problem because to install my stock air cooler for my ryzen processor I had to remove the stock mother board brackets and threw them away! What do I do???

You're being sent the correct bracket by NZXT, contact your motherboard manufacture for replacement stock brackets.

well, you should always keep things you can't easily replace in your motherboard box in a closet somewhere. Things like unused SATA cables, RGB cables, warranty info, etc.

More than likely what you are seeing is the Intel mounting. If this is the case...no, there is no way to use Intel mounting with an AMD motherboard.

Dude seriously looks like hes somehow using the Intel mounting brackets for his AMD system. My H150i Pro uses the default brackets on the motherboard (AMD). So something tells me this guy is going off the beatin path for some reason.

 

Edit: I never installed the stock cooler, but why would you have to remove the stock motherboard bracket to install it? Last I knew, you never had to do that.

I had to remove the plastic pieces to the backplate (the stuff the guy above recommended) to install the wraith cooler, it could be an after market part?
