pc wont boot

Hi there, my pc wont boot when i press the power buttton and i added a video so you can see what happens. i have tried everything and it still wont boot.

Specs i5-6500 B150 mobo and gtx 1650 psu: 550W 16GB ram.

look like a power supply issue

try plugging it to different place

or check your power supply

is your power outlet plug grounded

That's either a motherboard or power supply issue, if possible test a new PSU in it. If it's still doing it with a new PSU make sure to check the ram and CPU to make sure they are seated correctly. If everything is  correctly seated and installed and it still does it with a new PSU then I would say the motherboard is the culprit. Check seating and the PSU first though as to me it looks like it might just be a bad PSU.
