just started mining and...

hey guys i just started putting my r9 290 ref through the tortures of mining and have a few questions...

first of before i start, i honestly have no idea what im doing.

anyway... so i started with the .bat file and ended up with this

 

setx GPU_MAC_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1

cd C:\ScryptMining\CGMiner

cgminer.exe --url http://pool1.us.multipool.us:7777 --user Phen88.1 --pass x

--scrypt -d 0 -I 10--shaders 2560 --thread-concurrency 32765 --lookup-gap 2

--worksize 256 --gpu-threads 2 --remove-disabled

 

i understand some of it but wanted to know if i should change it or what i could change it too.. also heres a screen shot of the cgminer at work

is everything fine in there?

it says im mining @ 630Mh/s is this correct?

 

EDIT - i was running it differently before but it came up with HW:500+ and decided to write it myself... before it wasnt rejecting anything either
