Laptop boot problem

Hi guys.

my friend’s Acer laptop won’t boot from the hdd. It’s attempting to boot from the PXE network boot and is stuck in a loop. I helped him to move network boot to the bottom on the boot menu but still doesn’t work. Plz help.

I don’t have physical access to his pc.

I know it's very late but probably windows boot loader got corrupted(sadly pretty easy to do in Windows for whatever reason), make windows installation in a flash drive then boot from it, then choose repair instead of install, then find the troubleshoot, you should see boot repair section. it should rebuild the boot manager partition.
