Mouse Cursor Lagging

Hi LTT Community, I have this persistent issue for quite some time now involving the frequent lag or stutterer that my mouse cursor develops

in both screens of my laptop and the external monitor connected to it. Although, when I am using my laptop's track pad there isn't any significant lag or stutter with the cursor.

 

I am currently using a generic keyboard and mouse combo from MINISO that is connected wireless via a USB dongle.

I haven't encountered this particular issue in my old Dell laptop running Windows 8.1 Pro which I recently replaced with an Asus laptop with Windows 10 Home in it.

 

I also tried reconnecting the dongle/receiver multiple times with no luck of fixing the issue.

 

Any recommendations and suggestion will be greatly appreciated. 

 

PS: Please don't recommend me buying a new one, I'm not that well-off .

Could be interference from another wireless signal. Try disabling Bluetooth in the laptop and keep your phone at a distance, see if that does anything.

If what The89Lunder said doesn't work it may just be a faulty set. Looked up reviews on Amazon and this seems to be a frequent issue. Sadly, it may very well just be a problem with the quality of the product.
