so i bought a new gpu the other day a ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 2060 O6G GDDR6 1785 MHz Boost, 14000 MHz Memory 

so im wondering it says 1785 mhz boost i have attached a pic where it says 1785 boost clock but then on the left it says max 1380 mhz not sure if this is a issue or if i am getting the full 1785 or not

if you turn on a game like battlefield 5 the 1380mhz will go higher to 1785 and maybe a bit higher as well and then it will go lower due to heat. It stays on that speed when it needs to. in the desktop it can go as low as 135mhz since it doesnt need to waste power. So dont worry. The GPU is fine
