So i've been planning to upgrade my PC this year and i've saved up some money for it, i'll have enough at the end of October to order all the parts, my current specs are:

CPU:

Intel® Core™ i7-4770

RAM:
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz 16GB

GPU:
Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2060 GAMING OC

Chassi:
Fractal Design Define R5

SSD:
Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB (Boot) & Samsung 850 EVO
250GB (Fast storage for main games)

HDD:
WD Desktop Blue 1TB (Main storage)

Motherboard:
MSI H97 GAMING 3, Socket-1150

I bought the 2060 at the start of the year so i'll be keeping it for the new system and my overall budget is 1000€ ish, i can add a little bit if it's necessary. The parts i've picked out are in the screenshot below:PC.PNG

The main things i'm wondering about are: is 750W too much or enough? The ram i chose is 3200mhz but it says max supported mhz on the 8700 is 2666mhz, can i still use 3200mhz or should i buy different speed on the ram? the motherboard, is there anything cheaper that does the same thing or do i need something better? and finally the store i'm planning on buying from doesn't have an 8700k, is it dumb to not buy it from another store to get the k version or should i just go with a locked cpu? never overclocked a cpu before.

Thanks :)
