depends on budget and CPU. btw I dont judge features like RGB, USB and PCIe because they are subjective and easy to compare.

Ryzen 3700x budget for the motherboard is $300

hmm maybe cut budget on something else to push to the 3900x?

 

The best board in stuffing features is the Asrock X570 Taichi, in overclocking... Maybe the MSI X570 Carbon in memory, but Gigabyte's Pro is more competitively priced.

Oh, I can get the 3900x forsure , I’m just getting all the parts right now and just gonna wait for a 3700x or 3900x to be in stock so I can buy either. But overall which motherboard would you recommend ?

Aorus Pro then, since you dont seem to need all that many features and Asrock's memory overclock overall is worse than everyone else (tho much greater than what your sticks are rated for)

This is an ASAP type question?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

Yup today’s the only day I can actually got to the store and get some parts before I leave on a 4 weeks vacation .. my friend can get me good discounts today lol so I wanted to know what motherboard to buy before i go to the store in about an hour and a half

Definitely not the MSI Edge. If you want a budget X570 board with Wifi, Asus TUF Wifi is the way.

Also another question , do you know what this mean ? (Regarding the screenshot)

And about the monitor .. many of my friends I play online with have the Asus monitor and recommend it so that’s why I picked it out but I’ll definitely look around for different options  when I get back from vacation.

D15 didnt launch with AM4 mounting frame, but now it comes with one so not a problem anymore

So the mounting frame will come in the D15 box? 

And haha I guess they haven’t we mainly play fort so I guess 1080 is all we really need 

but a quick off topic question , I’m getting a 3700x as of right now paired with a 2070 super , do you think I’ll be able to run 144+ fps on Fortnite playing ok 1080 res?

Yes. I reckon even 3600 can do the same when the memory settings are competitive
