Bending CPU backplate/PCB Ok?

First time I noticed this as I'm usually (un)installing most things inside my case.. Is bending okay? 

 

And can a CPU cooler (my waterblock), be too tight?

That's hazardous to your board's health. Overtightening the block can cause that.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.
