SO i finally booted into bios but after rebooting i get the cpu light, so at least i know 100% that its the bios and no bent pins, i checked temps there all fine but its a shame because now i cant boot ? again...

hopefully msi brings out more bios updates to fix this.

What worked was flashing v17 then v18

And you tried clear CMOS a few times?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Just now, CrazieChipmunk said:

yeah, i think its just the bios updates really, even v19 is unstable

odd, any feature disabling you've tried? I assume you already have XMP off, disabling SMT might also do something.

@fasauceome yes xmp is off, loads of people have the issue its like a 1 in 50 chance for it to boot, the mobo seems to get confused because i was watching the cpu light and when it booted the cpu light went on and then off and then on and then it went off so next time im going to try and boot to windows
