570x front panel connectors problem

So I just got done plugging in all of my cables into my mother board and power supply. My pc doesn't turn on at all (I have checked all my cables) . I have a z390 e-gaming and and corsair 570x. This is my second pc build and the first time i have ever seen only pwr switch and power led for the entire case. I'm very confused have i wired up something wrong?
