Ram frequency problems

Hey guys, i've been having some problems with my ram and have never been able to figure out what the problem was. I bought a 3200mhz corsair vengeance 2 x 8gb kit a while back and installed them in my pc. I went to the bios to change the ram to the 3200mhz frequency and everything was fine for a while however, whenever I started a game or around 10 min passed by I would get a blue screen. ( I just updated the bios recently and it still has the game problem but i'm not sure about the blue screen) At this point i'm not sure if its a waiting game to see if new updates come out or if its the motherboard, the CPU. or the ram, so I will leave my pc list on the bottom if that helps.
