Ryzen optimized memory?

Go to solution Solved by Stormseeker9,

No all is good. First gen ryzen had issues at times but zen+ and zen2 it all works

Hi folks.

I recently bought https://www.newegg.com/g-skill-32gb-288-pin-ddr4-sdram/p/N82E16820232748?Item=N82E16820232748 for a new build powered by Ryzen 3700X.

I was browsing earlier today and I found this https://www.newegg.com/g-skill-32gb-288-pin-ddr4-sdram/p/N82E16820232752?Item=N82E16820232752, after a quick google search I didn't find much except that this memory is more 'optimized' for Ryzen, although the specs seems to be the exact same.

Is this something to be concerned about, should I send back the memory and order the second one.

Help appreciated!
