Help with memory consumption

I just recently upgraded from corsair vengeance rgb 2x8 3000mhz to corsair vengeance rgb pro 2x16 3200mhz. Since i installed the new modules, my task manager has shown constant use of 50% of my memory; all occupied by "ServiceHost". When i restart my pc,everything is normal at around 10%, after about 10 minutes it shoots up, closes everything that i have open, and basically forces me to restart and try again.
 

Help and suggestions would be appreciated,

I personally can not give you a solution, but Google seems to have plenty of solutions. Would you like me to link what seems to be working for someone else?
