Ryzen 3600

SO everything is turned on, and everything is plugged in, it still is showing no signal however the pc is on fans are spinning on graphics card as well as case fans and cpu fan

 

The hdmi is fully connected, i have already done all the bios updates for the b450tomahawk via a usb 3.0

 

Im lost and its my 1st/secondish build im very stressed please help

I think i found the issue i dont think my ram is compatible with the cpu its fairly old, i was going to get new ram anyways this week so i guess ill see but if anyoe else thinks its something different please help
