No log on screen after boot

New Ryzen 3000 build, boots a tad slower than my old i5 

i get to the windows log on wall paper. Normally id press any button and the box to enter password pops up, now no box shows up on my first boot. I still have the lil power options and network in the bottom right, just no way to enter my password

If i restart it normally pops up but obviously thats not a long term plan

any ideas?
