I've been trying to fix this problem for 3 days now but none of the existing fixes seem to work. I downloaded Rufus and created a GPT UEFI Windows 10 USB Stick to install windows 10 to my GPT SSD. However after the installation is complete , BIOS doesn't show the SSD as a bootable device. (Boot Mode is set to UEFI Only) . I'm asking your guys' assistance on this matter and thanks in advance.

Try checking the data and power connections between the SSD and the computer, could you include some more information pertaining to your system (computer hardware specs and SSD model) as that could help with troubleshooting? Also, how long have you been running the SSD and is it still under warranty? The SSD could have been damaged by a power surge or because of wear and tear, hopefully you backed up your important files just in case the drive did fail (otherwise you may need to evaluate if paying for a data recovery service would be worth the cost for "lost" files).

Hope this information post was helpful  ?,

Try that ^ and reconnecting or using a different cable
Then if that doesn't fix it see if a different Pc will boot with the drive
lastly try reinstalling windows on the drive
