I'm build a new gaming pc. I want it to be as quiet as possible. Does this build look good?

Why not? Any spesific reason? Really The only thing Im not sure about is The 3600x and b450 combo, I feel the rest is The best I can get in my country if I want a silent build

3600x and 3600 are identical and B450 tomahawk is more or less the best B450 board. 

 

The rest is just very silent with a silence focused case with only good fans and a good PSU with a good fan

The Gaming Pro Carbon is slightly better, but the B450-E in the op's spec has a better VRM.

According to hardware.info the 650W G3 is noisier than comparable psu. The RM650X is much quieter.

That is true, tho you usually end up paying a premium that really isnt worth it.

You get wifi, Intel LAN and improved audio with the Gaming Pro Carbon though, so it depends on the price difference. A wifi adapter on it's own is going to be around $30. Obviously if you don't need wifi then go with the cheaper option.

 

If I was going with the Tomahawk I would wait for the Max version.
