Window randomly opens settings window

So about once a month on start up, my pc will randomly open the settings window, and then this gets pasted in, then the settings go full screen. It did this before I even touched the keyboard. Any thoughts?

You could try to disable superfetch. See if that helps. I've seen some report on the MS forum that helps. Which W10 version are you running?

V. 1903. 

 

In my windows update settings it also it also tells me that I’m most up to date, and that I’m currently running a version of windows that is nearing the end of support? 

 

Ill give what you suggested a shot.

Version 1903 is the latest version
