Need advice cpu overclocking

Hello people , today i overclocked the cpu (i7 8700k) to 4.7 ghz at 1.2 volts and when i cinebench my cpu will go to 75c but not over  but when it gets to 70 c and up it starts making a weird noise i have my cpu fan set at  19c = 65 % , 50c = 80% , 60c = 90% can it be the fan making that noise? 

i have a video where you can hear the noise it makes , also are those temps fine for a 8700k ? i saw a der8auer video where he reaches 80 c on this cpu and he said its completly fine i just want to make sure so i dont mess anything up

Temps are fine. What you’re hearing is your fans at 90%, turn down your fan curve
