Hi there,

So i tried overclocking my 2133 ram to 2400 i have 4(4x4) sticks but for some reason i can only control the timings of a and b and when i do only two out of the four are overclocked to 2400 and yes the system sees all the ram 16gb but it thinks its prob just 2 sticks in a single channel so if you have suggestions or advice or more things to try and help me pls ask :)

mobo: gigabyte z270 gaming k3

ram:ddr4 hyper x kingston fury 4x4 2133

isn't that per channel then? normally a and b are indications of channels

A and B are channels

memory slots are regarded as

A1

A2

B1

B2

you're adjusting the channel timings, not the timings for each individual DIMM

some BIOS' have a mode where you can view the SPD information of each individual DIMM and that may be the case for yours, but for literally every single bios i have used, memory clocks and timings have been done on a per-channel basis

Thanks maybe i just forgot to edit one of channel tho it should do it auto but now it works thanks anyway
