Load Regulation importance?

Hello. I almost picked a PSU but then started to re-check the reviews and... let's just say every PSU has its weak links, thing is that I don't know what's important and what's not.

 

I mean, Corsair RMi drops the 3.3V, 5V and 12V voltages to 3.23V, 4.93V and 11.86V respectively. On the other hand, Seasonic Focus Plus Gold has higher inrush current. And there are other differences which I don't know how to interprete. RM750i, SSR-750FX.

 

For example, how those voltage drops may affect my PC? Less stability?
The same question about higher inrush current.
