I need help with my gpu blocks.

Hey guys i'm looking into upgrading from 2 titans to 2 780ti's and i was looking at the Evga classified and at the gpu block for it. 1. Can i remove that Evga logo? (Is it a sticker?) 2. Are these high performance (the blocks)? 3. Is there another bettr block for the evga classified?

Soon to be watercooled again, maybe, probably, the Titans are too loud.

Do you already have the Titans? Because I wouldn't recommend switching. You'll see nearly no difference...
