Advice on new GPU

I'm planning to change my RX470 since its almost 3 years old and I really don't know what to pick from AMD. 

 

My system is: 

Ryzen 5 1600X

8GB RAM (planning to add more)

B350M-A

Seasonic Focus Plus Gold 650w 

 

So, what AMD gpu is better for my current specs?

you could put a rx5700 in there, there are some nice deals on vega56

 

be sure to run ram in dual channel, are you overclocking cpu and ram?

Won't it bottleneck the cpu? I'll be sure to do the ram thing but i'm not overclocking anything. Just stock.

woukdnt be a big bottleneck really if there is any, there is a bottleneck on running only 1 ram stick, that is for sure
