question about EK phoenix

In the past i've planned some watercooling setups, none of them have come to fruition yet because of cost, but i think thats about to change

yesterday i found a killer deal on the 280mm radiator and and amd block from the EK phoenix line of products

my question is, would i be able to expand in the future, by installing a gpu block and maybe an extra radiator?

would the integrated pump on the radiator have enough power to support all that extra resistance?

edit:Ek's documentation says that the flow rate is about 150L/h is that enough?

Yes the Phoenix's pumps uses the SPC 60 which is decent but not as effective as a DDC which has higher head pressure and what is needed for pushing through restrictive blocks.
