how do you achieve that? do you somehow run 2 instances of OBS or use services like restream?

your system looks okay, and if twitch stream is fine then it shouldnt be an issue on your PC side

using NVENC btw?

restream

are you monitoring your stream on live dashboard? does it say stream is healthy (green) or lacking data (yellow)?

you can also monitor your stream from restream dashboard to see if there are anomalies

also is the stuttering stream the same on every device you view it from or you're viewing while streaming?

twitch is ok but not in youtube . i use restream to live streaming on both twitch and youtube at same time for example if i streaming games 1 hr after streaming twitch had no problem i monitoring twitch using my mobile but when i see youtube it upload only 30 min video thats my real problem . and yes i get warning message from obs from youtube side , it says frame drop . do u thing it takes overload ?

im not sure how twitch and youtube deal with dropped frames, but i know having dropped frames at all is bad news

try setting OBS priority to high in task manager and try again, make sure theres no frames dropped
