Asus Prime X470- Pro, Ryzen 7 2700x Not posting

Hello all, I have recently purchased a new build:

-Corsair 460x crystal series~Case

-Corsair CX550~power supply

-Asus Prime X470-Pro AM4~Mobo

-Ryzen 7 2700x~CPU

-GTX 1060 2GB~GBU

-Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 8GB~RAM

First off I want this to be known this is my first ever build, But I do some what know what I’m doing. Today I put it all together and began testing. When booted The only thing that accrued was the MOBO RGB strip lit up and the white light on the GPU Lit up, also the HDD began spinning. but it did not post and the CPU Fan would not spin. I have resembled it 2 times, double checked the connections 2x , tried switching RAM slots, Reseated the CPU 2 times and I’m out of ideas. I have heard people having the same trouble with this board but I have not found a solution anywhere.

The list suggests otherwise, but not the point

there is a error checking led on mobo, for each colour its checking something (eventually turns white then off if it post), check manual for details
