I'm currently looking into getting into computer gaming. i like FPS games like COD and Apex legends. But i also like GTA and all sorts of games.

This will be my first gaming computer. I'm looking to spend under $1000 US dollars. The main differences i see on these two are the storage and the GPU and memory speed.

i'm leaning more towards the ABS ALA134 since it has more storage and more memory speed for a difference of 100.00 dollars.

please give me your opinions or suggestions or if theres a better deal out there for the money. I have a monitor already that i use with my xbox one.

Welceome to the forums!

Playing on 1080p?

In General: PLLLLLLEASE build your own pc! We will assist you with picking parts and how to build it. Learning how to build is fun and not hard with (Linus) videos.

PCs: the 1660ti is SILIGHTLY faster compared to the 590. But much more expensive. Thats where the price difference comes form. 1TB SSD is nice but not needed by most of us.

userbench is pretty shitty to be honest... that's not really representative :D

But yaaaa the 1660 is slightly faster in some games. But deciding between the pcs should not be based on the GPU, since both are basically the same perf

Thanks for the replies, @Metallus97 I've thought about building my own computer, save some money and put it towards a second monitor or a better GPU. I feel comfortable putting the pieces together and things like that but when it comes to loading windows i don't feel comfortable enough to feel i can do it with out messing something up. also with ryzen 3rd gen I've read that the MOBO's will need a bios update which requires to pretty much have another CPU.

Not if your Mobo has BIOS flashback, like the MSI B450 Tomahawk.
