Internet problems while gaming

Hi, I have encountered a weird issue lately, when I boot up any game whether it be postal 2 or doom and about 10 minutes into the gaming session my pcs internet turns off. If i quit the game and leave it for abit (about 10-20 minutes) the internet connection will come back. I have no idea why it is doing this.. does anyone have any ideas that may help as its driving me crazy... i cant play online games. 

 

I have turned gaming mode off and ive checked power saving mode (its off).
