Network type?

So I work as an on call technician. Today I was asked to do a pre-install survey for some  VO-IP phone installations. I was able to get most things on the checklist figured out with no problem but I'm struggling to figure out whether the network is Convergent or not. I attached a quick sketch up that I did in paint to help show what I'm dealing with (I know, the sketch isn't great). The places circled in orange are where they want to add the phones. The circled comps will be daisy-chained to the phones for internet, while the circled switchers will be connecting the phones to the network.

 

Initially I was thinking this was a non-convergent network, but now I'm not entirely sure (The diagram that the company provided has me confused).
