whea uncorrectable error ryzen 3000

so i got my new ryzen 3800x

updated my bios on my asrock x370 fatality gaming x

installed and everything work for a while

then i started getting whea uncorrectable error

 

now i could play civ 6 for 5 hours and log out watch youtube and crash or turn on hearthstone and get a blue screen of death right away,

 

should i buy an x570 (200dollar gigabite looks nice) or just wait and put my old 2600x back in the board....

i just noticed that PBO was set to auto ,  i turned it to off, and im going to jinx my self but no issues yet tbc......
