is my GPU BAD?

when ever i play any game execpt minecraft i get massive graphicle glitches which in some instances crash the game completly. can anyone help diagnose the problem?

 

system

r5 1600x

x370 msi gaming plus 

32gb ram

gigabyte extreme gaming 6gb 1060

I'd ddu and reinstall the drivers.

Just grab a temp card from Fry's or BestBuy and send off your busted card for RMA.  Turn around worst case would be 2 weeks.  Then you get it back and return the one you bought from the store.
