First pc no post troublshooting.

I built my first pc today. Ryzen 5 3600, asus ROG STRIX b450,  corsair mp510, 580 8GB. Cooler master hyper 212 Evo blk Edition' h200i. I built it no troubles but when i connect it to a monitor it says no signal. I tried replacing the gpu,  Receding all cables. I dont know what to do.

does the motherboard have debug leds and if so is it stuck on one?
Reseating all your power connectors, RAM, CPU, etc would be helpful. Make sure you didn't bend any pins putting the CPU in

Does your board have the latest bios installed so it supports 3rd gen ryzen cpu’s ?

Your mobo probably doesn't have drivers for the cpu. There should be a toppic somewhere with how you should update your bios

How would I update my bios if i can not access it. I cant get the pc to post at all.

Grab a second gen ryzen cpu if you can an update bios. Perhaps a friend who has one?

 

your board should have bios USB flashback option. Download latest bios onto the USB and follow instructions how to perform this, if this doesn’t work, you’ll need a second gen cpu to update bios
