Trouble taking it out of pc case

There is a lock on the right side of the slot, if its not fully disengaged the card will not come out.

So I ma currently removing gpu and I pressed the switch but only the left half of the gpu is coming off not the full part?

Did you fully unclick the lock? 

Main PC 

 

Cpu: AMD Ryzen 7 2700x 

Motherboard: Asus Prime X470 Pro

Graphics card: Gigabyte Windforce RTX 2080

Case: Darkflash Mid-ATX Phantom Tower Case

Drives: 1x 2TB Seagate Firecuda SSHD

OS: Windows 10 Home

 

Laptop: 2015 Macbook Air 13”
