Asus 390-a Not Booting Help wanted

OK let me start off with specs:

Asus prime z390-a

i9 9900k

2080ti ultra

1tb 970 Evo plus m.2 SSD

32gb 3000mhz corsair vengeance RGB pro- searched on the website apparently the mobo doesn't support 4 dims of this ram but keep reading.

Problem :

Pc turns on all LEDs flash blank monitor screen

Dram yellow light on the motherboard

Attempted solutions:

removed CPU checked for bent pins with a magnifying glass - No bent pins and did not fix the issue

Removed 2 ram sticks - placed ram in b2 and a2- Still blank monitor screen

removed GPU - still blank screen

Booted with HDMI and display port- still blank screen

Need Answers:

FYI Not my first pc build

Is the mobo dead?

that what it seems to me.....

help wanted!!!

Try each stick in individual slots and see if you have a bad stick and/or bad slot on the board.
